Random Practices

Not quite sure when these were taken, but it was sometime this winter. Practices are usually pretty entertaining, and this was no exception. This was during the time when the Caps were shooting everything at the goalie's feet and/or chest (like they don't do that now?), and Wilson wanted them to practice shooting high. You shall see his method for accomplishing this goal.
