This jersey is stamped behind the crest "Set 2." The stick mark under the left arm can be matched to a photo from the 2000 playoff series (April 19th to be specific) against the Penguins, shown at left. I do not know how long the Caps wore Set 2 in the regular season, but it would appear that Zednik wore his Set 2 throughout the playoffs (all five games of it!), not receiving a new jersey? |
